Isn't there a name for this flower? I asked on this a long time ago.
I saved it but can't access my old computer and I cannot find that thread.
This one has 25 petals. I know there are names for the smaller ones.
Thanks for any help.
When I list, should I use "poured glass" and "milk glass" in the title?

This vintage 1952 Pin was made by Alfred Phillipe for Trifari. You should state in the Title (Poured Glass, Alfred Phillipe, Trifari - I saw one listed on line at 117.00, not sure yours will go that high so you might want to start it at your "comfortable place" and that would be where you would be comfortable selling it. Good luck, I always look for poured glass pieces, they are getting few and far between.

As far as I understand it, it's just the fancy name for poured glass. Upscale that listing!

Ok, not pate de verre but WOW is that stuff beautiful....
Hmmm, IIRC, for some reason, someone said before that this was not camelia.
Well, I'll just go with the basics and hope for the best. Thanks so much everyone.

Definitely not pate de verre - don't use it in your title if it's not that (which it isn't) that would be key word spamming and could get your listing pulled. It is defintely what I told you it was. Good luck with it.

Mimi, is this in a book or something that I can reference in the listing?

Be sure and spell the name of the flower correctly in your listing. It's CAMILLA with a double l. Not "camila."

Thank you Debora, I will.

Huh. Many of the books I've looked at just say "French for poured glass". Didn't realized they weren't interchangeable terms. Glad my info got updated! 🙂

Tex I don't have my books available, just google Alfred Phillipe Camilia poured glass brooch. It will pop up for you.
