Sterling Pin: Mexican or NA?

What do you think, Native American made, or Mexican? No marks at all other than 'sterling'.

Looks South Western to me, not Mexican. Since with no signature you can't list as NA I would just go with SW.

I bought it for myself so no worries about what to call it in a listing.

I was wondering if the bird motif was any clue to ethnicity.

That thunderbird design and the dragon's breath reminds me of the "Fred Harvey Era" Jewelry,,,,he worked with native americans and supplied parts and pieces for them to make jewelry for tourists
