Some questions on a few bangles made of different materials

I know it's probably very difficult to get an answer from just a pic but maybe someone recognizes something  Anywho, here it goes  These appear to be wood, kinda rosewood in color  What do you think?

This white one is cold to the touch but not glass  What klind of stone could this be?  

Is this cloissone?  Do  you think it's very old?  Chinese, Japanes, or?

I have to add these to the question pile  I thought plastic initially but now I  don't know  They are light so would that rule out ivory or bone?   I see some lines but not sure that they are not just something from production.

The heavy cream color and the Cloisonne bracelets. I am thinking seeing the patterns in more detail might help.

The first is confusing. If it were not cold I would say resin. Maybe something reconstituted?

The second one I am looking for a website I have saved that has examples of various cloisonnes by country. I hope it is still active.

I think the dark ones look like Milo Wood - google milo wood bracelet and select/view images and you may see something that looks like yours.

I am stumped on the cream colored one.

I cannot seem to access the site that I had saved. Looking through google I have found it referenced on other sites but the links all lead me to an erroneous site.
