I found a brooch signed Art that is similar, but not on the spot exact.

Its a gorgeous necklace with shells, ab rhinestones and faux pearls, but is unsigned. I guess Art didnt always sign their jewelry?

The name that comes to mind for me when I see beautiful shell jewelry like this is Richelieu (sp?) but I could be wrong.

The dangle and chain looks right for Art.

Though the beauty may be in the butterfly, the struggle and growth occur in the cocoon.
