Is there a particular name for this little figure brooch?

I've seen this same figure covered with rhinestones (but I can't remember where) so I thought it might have a particular name.

It looks to be a copy or take off of a Trifari brooch called Nanette.

I googled and found that there are plain sterling versions of it.  It's supposed to be a rag doll and there is a male version called Rintintin. Is it possibly an unsigned Trifari? Here's the back.

If it is definitely not Trifari would there be a problem listing it?

Further to my above post, the sterling versions I've found are all unsigned and attributed to Trifari (and to being sterling) by the owners.  I haven't found anything definitive to say they are Trifari.
