I'm having one of "those" mements help with glass beads

So I'm having a moment here, I know what these beads are called and for the life of me I can't remember the name!!!Help ♥

Are they venetian beads? I also have a necklace with this type I have not listed yet because I couldn't remember the name...

I'm prety sure they're Sommerso beads. Sommerso translates to suspended basically the glass flowers are suspened in another layer of glass. Many have Aventurine within the bead, but not all.

Well at least that's what I've been reading 😉

The red ones are Japanese rather than Italian, to go off on a tangent. Sommerso has the copper flecks embedded under the clear glass. I don't think these are technically sommerso, because the roses are on the surface. The core looks like white glass. I"m not sure what the correct name is.
