Glass or stone?? I can never tell the difference

So here I am again Smiley Embarassed Not sure what I have exactly-

2 tone blue balls (no pun intended, but I'm sure my ladies will take this to the down and dirtySmiley LOL) with the slightest gold 'flecks."

I'm thinking glass but I wanted to make sure-

Thanks to everyone who take the time to look!

Glass, or composite? But afraid I myself am not really seeing natural stone there.

Lovely shade of blue!

Hi Volemus,

It's cold and heavy so I was leaning towards stone/glass. I really fon't think it's a composite-but hey WDIK???Smiley Wink

Looks like a blue version of the green "Peking" glass from Czechoslovakia. Maybe look close at the holes to see if there is chips?

I believe these are glass made to imitate Lapis Lazuli.  I think I even see inclusions of sparkles to imitate pyrites.

Though the beauty may be in the butterfly, the struggle and growth occur in the cocoon.
