Can anyone put a maker to these earrings all just marked "Patented"?

They all have a small back piece marked "Patented" on the inside.  I was hoping it might remind someone of a particular maker.

I think the "Patented " may be referring to just the earring backs . Looks like an early version of Omega backs . There are posts on these , correct ?

maybe NOT , the more than look it seems like some kinda a different clip . I still think " Patented " is referring to the earring back .

I think you are right that it's the clip, not the earring that's patented.  It's fairly different from any others I've seen, being fairly small and open.  So the earrings shall probably remain 'unbranded'.
