Any ideas on this makers mark? Gold Filled necklace

I looked on the RJC site and I didn't see this mark-it's a B within a circle, along with the 1-20 12K marking. Does anyone have any ideas on who this could be?

It's the B in the circle between the 1-20 and the 12K, amybe it's not a makers mark????

I think that is a copyright mark rather than a maker's mark.  Just my opinion form what I can see.
