14 K gold earrings with Japanese or Chinese mark, 2 pearls, ID Help please

Not sure if the mark is Japanese or Chinese, the earrings are marked K14 AND K.T and also have a Japanese hallmark, pearls are beautiful and they have a high quality finish. thanks in advance for your help.

Could they be Akoya pearls? Or Mikimoto?

I think they are Akoya pearls, does not have the classic M from the mikimoto mark, just the 2 letters written in Japanese, thanks for your help.
