I've been clearing out my storage area and came across these 'stamps'. Unfortunately I can't figure out What they would be used for as they are a Steel type metal, and with the Pin coming out the one end?????

I have no idea if these candle holders are vintage or new. Any ideas? 5" in diameter; 1 1/2" in height. Each weighs over 1 1/2 lbs. Clear glass with a slight blue tint. Thanks for any help you can offer!
