We won an auction only to have the seller never ship it. We attempted to contact the seller multiple times, with no response. We opened a case in the resolution center and won - refunding our payment. Can we still leave negative feedback? We were highly disappointed when we never got the item we won and hated to even open a case, but under the circumstances there was nothing else we could do...
