I received a fake item, but now don't know what to do

I received a fake Supreme hoodie from a seller, but now do not know what to do. Do I open a SNAD or say "I think I received an unauthentic item." This is my first time having to deal with something like this so I'm confused.

I need help on authenticating this Burberry scarf.

I am no Burberry expert, but as a bilingual, I can read one of the non-English languages on the tag and it got me wondered. Please help me out on authenticating this so I can return it if it's fake. Thank you!!!
