True Religion - Horseshoe Logo Leather waist tag instead of Budha

Have you seen True Religion Kids jeans that have the Horseshoe logo on the leather tag ? Like this:

I should be able to help you with these but will need pictures of the whole garment front and back, inner tags- all 3, pocket lining and the inside of the outseam.

Those are authentic. There are quite a few TR styles that have leather waist patches with various horseshoe designs.

Thanks so much. Any opinion on whether they are boys or girls jeans. I think boys because the name is 
"billy" vs "billie", but I'm curious if there are other indicators. Again, thanks for being so generous with your time and knowledge.

The style name "Billy" was used on jeans for both genders. These appear to be girls and I am basing that assumption on the position of the back pockets, the length of the front rise and the silhouette of the leg.
