No, all indications are that the C plant was closed in 2000 but the date code in the stamp in that photo is for 2002. The serial font in that photo is a close but not close enough copy of the genuine C plant stamp. And the letter "A" is barely readable.
Look at the Coach logo at the top of the creed stamp. "Coach" is crooked and looks like its going downhill, the "H" on the right side is a lot lower than the first "C" on the left side. you would never see that in any genuine Coach creed. I dont even need to see the rest of the purse, that entire creed stamping is wrong.
