I place an order 8/5/2017  Its GPS the seller is hogan18328 I pay full. I try to connect every day the seller. I mailed them every day. today they tell me they return the money back to my Paypal account and it needs to 48 hours more.  What a nice service it is. is there any know the seller or how can I complain about this seller?

Your sell is no longer a registered user. Have you received the GPS you purchased?

Have you contacted eBay and asked them what to do? I believe you can get your money refunded either by eBay or PayPal, but you no longer have any recourse through the seller, unless he chooses to refund your money.
