If I was selling her, I would sell her as is. Let the new buyer fix her or not.
She can be fixed, but if the new buyer breaks the repair, you would probably get her back, or lose both the doll and your money.
Take a couple more pictures like you've shown here, and list her showing her breaks and flaws.
