Can anyone Id these shoes, maybe fo an animal from mattel

Cabbage Patch maybe?  They had ridiculous wardrobes so it is reasonable that they would have many shoes.

Exactly how big are the shoes?  

Do they actually say Mattel on them? 

For some reason I want to say Hasbro's Moon Dreamers or very similar from that era, but not 100%  certain.    Wish I could help more.

i think perhaps Mattels "my little pony", since they are four footed?
