I'm not sure of the maker of the 2 green bowls, but it's likely that they're a chip/dip set. I think you're probably missing the little wire hanger that suspends the dip bowl above the chip bowl. And the ashtray... I, too, have one in amber. I believe most people think it's anchor hocking, but I listed mine as a "no-name" because that mold was very popular mid-century. In other words, I think more than one company made them, but none are marked.

The bowls are indeed a chip and dip set without the wire for the small bowl. Made by Anchor Hocking in the 1960-1970 time frame. Not sure if there is a pattern name to them. Look at ebay item #150863526657. The ashtray is also from that same time, but I have not found the maker yet. Hope this helps.

I think the chip and dip pattern is called Medallion. It has a star and cameo design.
