Sorry, all I see is a 1980's generic furniture store lamp. You could peel the pad off the bottom to see if anything is written there.

That was my reaction as well.  I saw many similar lamps back then. 

And I see nothing wrong with the manner in which you phrased this.  You gave an accurate assessment and you made an appropriate suggestion because it is much easier to give help when there's information to go on.

All I see is a generic furniture store lamp as well.

In the first and third pictures it looks like there could be a hairline crack coming up from the base that you may want to investigate if you had not already seen it.
