Jonathan Livingston Seagull

Anyone know the first edition points for Jonathan Livingston Seagull?  

I see lots of editions for sale claiming to be first editions, but I don’t think those books are first printings.   I think it needs to state “First Printing” on the copyright page with date of 1970 and no other printings, price of $4.95 on the dustjacket, and Macmillan Company, USA.  No date on title page.  Anything else required?

Looks like that's it. Stated first printing and the unclipped price.
