A seller lists an item. A buyer either bids or uses the buyitnow feature if available. The buyer pays for the item. The seller ships the item.

Read every detail, read all links provided on ebay regarding selling so that you know what you are doing.
Also, since you have (0) feedback, buyers may not want to do business with you. You might want to buy a few inexpensive items to help get you some feedback before you start selling.
