Don't be confused about bidding. It's not something a seller has an option to accept or not. Once a buyer wins, a seller is obligated to complete the transaction.
You start bidding at acceptable prices, which you could have done. Since you didn't start at 99¢, like many sellers do, how is it that your starting prices are not high enough for your liking?

You are the one who set the starting price. You can't say it's too low if you are the one in control over how low the auction starts.
If you have no bids, revise your listings and set the start prices to something of your liking.
