The problem with buying "designer" items on eBay is that the burden of proof is on you to prove that they're not authentic. How will you do that? You can file the Item Not As Described with eBay, but they WILL require proof that your claim of a fake product s valid.

You have 45 days to file a Not As Described case through Buyer Protection.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/buyer-protection.html

If your seller continues to refuse to help you, go to the Resolution Center and open a case. You will need to pay to return the item to the seller to receive your refund.

You must open the case in the Resolution Center and wait for eBay to tell you to return the item. You MUST ship back with Signature Confirmation (becuase the item cost more than $250). If you don't the seller can say they never received the item back and you will lose the item and your money.
