Once your item sells, ebay itself will create that particular invoice for that item, you"ll see, just to the right of that sold item, SEND INVOICE. Ebay itself will also send an invoice to your buyer for that item sold. NOW! there is a way thru paypal that you yourself can CREATE AN INVOICE but this is rearely used, but, to CREATE A PAYPAL IMVOICE, sign into your paypal account, then mid page click on REQUEST MONEY, then click on CREATE AN INVOICE, at this point go slow and read everything, fill in all the required info and send to your buyer, but again this is rearely used, have all your sales go thru ebay itself.

You don't need to "create" any invoice unless the item wasn't sold thru eBay, and then it's a violation if you do.Was t his an eBay sale? If so, with your selling experience you should have no reason to be asking this question.

I see no sale, so there is no invoice to "create". List the item and have the member buy it. The right way.

Why?  Buyers don't need an invoice, they can pay from the email eBay sends all winning bidders.  If you set up your auction correctly, with calculated shipping, you don't need to issue invoices.

In any event: http://pages.ebay.com/help/pay/checkout-invoices.html

Like any other invoice. Use the link by the Sold item.
