I bought item on 30 September. When ended the delivery date I asked seller what is the problem. I received reply that he will give back the money. Now is 19 January and I still did' nt received anything!

You need to learn how to handle problems with your ebay purchases. It is too late to do anything about this one, but if it happens again you will know what to do.

You have waited too long for eBay or PayPal to help you. If you funded the purchase with a credit card you can attempt a charge back by contacting your card company, but you might be too late for that too.

Your Buyer Protection coverage ended after 45 days. Why did you let that deadline pass?
