How can I get back my refund if "the deadline has passed to open a case.

The seller sent me a tracking number from UK but I never receive the item over 2.5 months. Even the seller always replied but no solution provided to me. I want the full refund but I cannot open a case in Ebay protection centre. Please help, what can I do?

Thanks

the most common question on the answer center -

Buyer lets his buyer protection expire and wants to know what can be done - short answer, NOTHING

You have to protect yourself by using Ebay's tools.  If you don't use the tools, too bad.

Nothing you can do. You had 45 days in which to file a case.

If you paid with a credit card, you could try to do a chargeback through your credit card company.
