can non-profits open their own ebay store?

God I'm confused.
Can a non-profit create an ebay store and run an online auction there? If so, do we need to pay the ebay fee for opening a store???

Re: can non-profits open their own ebay store?

Yes and yes. You would need to be registered with MissionFish. Set up a selling account for your nonprofit. Open an eBay store. The store subscription fee is not credited back through eBay Giving Works, but it is only 15 bucks a month. Listing insertion fees and FVFs are credited back 100 percent through eBay's Giving Works program when you are a registered charity selling 100 percent for your charity.

Actually, depending on the number of auctions you run, you may be better off not to open a store. You don't need one to sell on Ebay.

Always a newbie!
