How do I get a full refund on a fake item AND make a report?

I received an obviously fake item.  The seller claims that he will refund after I return it (I pay for shipping). BUT he will not refund my initial shipping so I lose that $ twice?  IF he refunds the purchase price, can I still report him and leave negative feedback?

Be sure to return the item with delivery confirmation - or signature confirmation if over $250.  That way the seller can't say they didn't receive the item back. 

 

To file the item not as described claim go to customer support, top right of page and click on resolution center.

Buyer Protection supports the refund of the item price and initial shipping completely.

 

If the seller refuses the resolve with those specifics, then you would have no choice but to use the Buyer Protection to get the original shipping back.

If he won't refund original shipping, file an Item Not As Described claim.  You will still be able to leave feedback.
