I'm getting an error from turbo lister that says....

"Warning: You must acceptn these terms and conditions for automatic payment method that will be used to pa..."

When I hover over message it tells me to go to a link but screen is too small to see URL (who tested this) and I cannot find details of what I must agree to either in TL OR my account.

I think simba6 is on the right track.

to check up on this, do the following

My eBay > account tab (click) > look for section on page "automatic payment methods"  > observe content of section.  If section indicates that the automatic payment method is "PayPal"  then that's your trouble.

You need to put a credit card on file here by finding "change" and clicking on it.  Then put your credit card on file which will authorize eBay to charge your credit card IF you fail to pay your monthly seller fees in timely fashion.

You have to have a backup payment  source on file to sell. I think that's what your seeing.  You need it  to, with or without Turbo Lister.

I just went through that a couple weeks ago. I ignored it and it went away. If I remember correctly, I just hit cancel. If its not from Ebay, I disregard.
