I sold a pair of shoes and have sent the buyer invoices. She keeps telling me she hasn't gotten them and I want to send her an invoice directly to her email. Where do I find her email address?

since you are in contact with the buyer...why don't you just ask them for their email address?

The most recent pair of shoes you sold was on 8/15, 6 days ago.
Sounds like they are simply stalling.
File the UPI & move on.

The buyer doesn't need your invoice.
All they have to do is use the pay now button in the listing or on their my ebay page.
After 4 days from EOA, file the UPI.
They can use the pay now option there too.

But 22 is correct, an invoice is not needed for one to pay although there are some buyers who do insist on one.

Thank you everyone. I have asked her repeatedly for her email address but she keeps answering me that she has not gotten an invoice. *SIGH* It appears she does not check her eBay often, to look at her messages. Not sure how to get around this one since she ignores the obvious.

OK so eBay mailed me her location, state, name, phone number..........but not her email address. Strange. The one thing I wanted to contact her and is part of her "contact info"- eBay leaves out. I filed the non-payment report, I'm done.
