Can someone please explain to me what e packet delivery is and how it works.
I would like to do multiple purches from one buyer, does that mean that i have to pay multiple shipping charger?

The new ePacket service expands the array of options offered to e-commerce merchants in Hong Kong seeking to reach consumer markets in the United States. The ePacket shipping solution features tracking and Delivery Confirmation in the Postal Service network for lightweight goods and merchandise ordered by consumers in the United States from merchants in Hong Kong.
ePacket service offers consumers in the U.S. and e-commerce merchants in Hong Kong with in-process scanning information and Delivery Confirmation notification available through Hongkong Post’s tracking system and through Track and Confirm at usps.com.

Epacket delivery is just the shipping method. You need to see if the listing states combined shipping or check with the seller before you buy. If they are offering low item prices, they may not combine shipping & then you would have to pay shipping on each item.

As far as I know, ePacket is a shipping relationship between the Hong Kong post the USPS that provides proof of delivery.
I honestly don't know if it extends to your country?
You should contact the seller & ask... good luck!
