When you asked him, the seller said "I didn't ship your item"? Really?
What is the item number? Is it past the estimated delivery timeframe stated on the listing?

Your purchases were made Oct. 1st and the ESTIMATED arrival time is 6- 8 days. Delivery times are only ESTIMATES and you should allow a couple days past the ESTIMATED arrival time before you start worrying about where your item is. You need to learn to have some patience. The seller has done absolutely nothing wrong. Sellers are not required to tell you when they ship or give you a tracking number. The only thing a seller is required to do is ship your item after you pay. Thanks for posting.

You purchased these items no earlier than Oct 1. The seller does have a handling time. What is the estimated delivery date? If you do not receive item a few days after estimated delivery date, file an Item Not received case.
Contact seller and ask.
