my printer Epson is not supported on the print a shipping label screen

My printer is a Epson Workforce 630 and it is not shown in the supported printers area

The list of printers shown in the above link are label printers.


Note the paragraph before the printer list:

You can print your shipping label and packing slip on 8.5" x 11" paper using most standard printers, and then tape the label to the envelope or box. If you want to print on label stock, you can use any of the following combinations of printers and types of label stock: ......


Isn't the Epson Workforce 630 just a standard all-in-one printer?

Your printer is a regular desktop printer, so it will print shipping labels. All you need is regular printer paper.

The list of supported printers is for dedicated label printers. The list is so short--did you think that only those printers could be used to print shipping labels?

All the mind readers are on vacation this week.

I'll guess I must assume you TRIED to use your printer to print labels at eBay - and it didn't work.  And since it is not a supported printer - you can't "fix" it.

I guess you'll have to buy a printer that will work at eBay.
