You need to contact the seller.  If they haven't sent it out yet, they can change the shipping label.  If they already mailed it, you'll have to hope your mailman knows your name & gets it to you.  If it gets sent back to the seller, you would have to pay the shipping to have them reship it to you.  If it gets delivered to your building & the tracking shows delivered, the seller is no longer responsible, even if it doesn't go to your apt.  It's very important to keep your complete address up to date.

If the item has already been sent, then you could introduce yourself to your mail carrier and explain it to him.

He could watch out for it.

Or maybe you could put a note near the mailboxes with your name and apartment number on it...something that your mail carrier will notice
