I couldn't get in to schedule a pickup last night (it worked this morning, and now I can't get in to print a shipping label.
But I'm on a different computer today so I'm not sure that it isn't something local.

I can access their web page, but the only services I've attempted to use is Track & Confirm.

Do you have to log in to do that? It's hanging on the login.

I finally figured it out. My new portwatcher - PeerBlocker (successor to PeerGuardian) was blocking port 443. Opened the port and it works now.
