I have a customer complain that he did not get the item.
So I checked the USPS tracking status and it says "missent" and "forwarded".
What is causing this?
And what should I do under this situation?

Assuming that the parcel was properly addressed, USPS mistakenly sent it to the wrong place.
After recognizing that, they have now sent it to the proper address.
Explain that to the buyer and ask them to be patient.

I had that happen recently - the USPS 'misrouted' my package back to me. At least they caught their error and included it in the routing details so my buyer didn't think it was me being late on shipping.
Direct your buyer to that tracking status so they can see the dates, etc. Hopefully they will be understanding.

i have got a message about that same name MISSENT..yesterday and i wanted to know will my package come in today on saturday..cause its in New orleans and thats near where i live..so should i get it in today ? heres proof--->
