I cannot print a shipping label for an item I sold.  I keep getting an error message 9998.  Is this a technical problem? what is error 9998?  I logged into Paypal to print from there, but it will not let me print it either.  Please help!

Sometimes that error means one of the shipping address lines is too long (has too many characters).

Click on the "change" link next to the buyer's address and you should see the error there, if there is one.

Cut and paste the overflow from one line to the next line.

Did you try  a different browser? Firefox works most of the time. Clean out your cache and cookies and see if that helps.

There seems to be a lot of problems printing labels. Don't know if this will help but there is a discussion at
