ebay's calculated shipping is always less than what the post office charges.

When you print your labels online, you get a discount versus the over-the-counter prices.

there is no service charge to print your labels at home.

you will only be charged for the actual postage that you purchase for your packages.

Ebay's calculated shipping interfaces with USPS so the rates are correct.

The discrepancy can be found with the input of dimensions, weight and package category.

You always need to round up on weight and measurements.

When you print your labels thru Ebay shipping, you will actually get discounted rates from what you would get paying for the postage at the post office.
