I accidently sent the wrong size of an item and my buyer wants me to email her a prepaid return shipping label. How do I do that?

you can go to USPS.com and input all the shipping info...you will need to know the packaging that the buyer is using for the return, so get together with them first.
you can pay for the label and save it as pdf on your desktop.
then email the pdf to the buyer and let them print it out.

An alternatiave answer: Have your buyer message you the cost. Got to paypal and use send money and send her the amount via your paypal account. Easier, in IHO.

The package would need to be weighed and maybe measured before postage can be calculated. Since the buyer may not return the item in the same packaging or with the same packing, one cannot assume the same postage as what was sent originally.
Nor can he assume that the buyer will mail it on the printed date.
Buyer pays, buyer returns, seller reimburses. That's how it works. And if the buyer doesn't like it, he can keep the item and forgo any refund. And eBay and PayPal will back him up should a dispute be filed.

She pays, you pay her back.

forgot to mention...USPS will ask what date the package will be dropped off.
one more thing to coordinate with the buyer.
