The answer from my*quiet*place was not enough. If you read my statement carefully you will realize I mentioned that an investigation has already been conducted which means that I did opened a case and was even escalated and was reviewed by a customer service representative which later on I received a message that after the investigation, they ruled in favor of the seller for no reason when a wrong and defective item was sent to me. How? I need help. How can I contact eBay?

My response was not an answer - it asked a question since "

I was asking for clarification.
Now your additional detail provides that.
Feel free to use Contact Us at the bottom of this page, but I can tell you outright that the reason seller prevailed in your case is because the item WAS as described.
From the listing:
"there is a hairline crack in the upper left of the screen,"
You received the item as described.
I suspect if you receive an answer fro eBay, this is exactly what eBay will say.
