It is an error in eBay's shipping system that happens with certain international addresses. Nothing to worry about, you'll just need to print it through Paypal. Find the transaction in Paypal, click "Print Shipping Label" and you'll be good to go. Happy holidays!

It does not seem to be a lack of information, as the customer service rep indicated. All the necessary information is definitely there.

I'm getting this too and it seems to be because the buyer's address was too long and had to be ajusted on my end. Doing this can make the Ebay seller's protection invalid, so I will refund the buyer;'s money. If there's one thing I learned over the years it's never send an expensive item outside the U.S. without full covereage.

Ok, so i had this problem.
I called ebay teach support, and this is the answer i got..
The buyer did not give all the shipping information.
