A buyer wants me to give a shipping discount on multiple items they purchased from me, how do I adjust my shipping fees?

A buyer purchased 3 auctions from me and now has asked if I can give a shipping discount.  I have agreed but need to know if I need to adjust my shipping fees somewhere to reflect our agreement.

If they did not pay yet, have them pay for all items at one time and the buyer will receive a combined invoice.  You revise the shipping amounts to reflect the new amount.  If they already paid, then log into Paypal, scroll down to the transaction (s) and click on refund and enter manually the amount you want to refund.

Use the "Send Money" tab in PayPal to refund the difference to the buyer. Just enter their e-mail address, the refund amount, and click send.
