I need the Transaction ID number of the item I won to file a item never recieved case, but since I paid with Bill me Later its not listed in my paypal account. Can't file a claim without it. Also lost my email receipt, so how can I get the transaction id number. Item number does not work when I try to file the dispute. Seller does not answer my emails.

Have you looked under your purchase history?
My ebay tab, click on purchase history.

I think what you need is the eBay item number which you can find by looking at the detail record of the listing in your Purchase History.

Yes, its not there, just the item number. I know it was on the email receipt, but can't find it, got deleted by mistake. Paypal won't let me file dispute without that transaction id number.

anybody know how to retrive old emails that got deleted by mistake? I got the receipt email on may 6th and my trash emails only go to the 8th.

Why are you filing item not received in PayPal?
eBay is the place for that, provided you made the purchase on eBay properly.
Click top right on customer service - resolve a problem.
You don't need paypal transaction ID #

File on PayPal = the process will lead you to PayPal's unique Transaction ID number.
Then you're all set to go.
