I tried to revise items that have 4 days left and when I get to bottom of page there is no way to go to next page to finalize my revised listing after change was made.

Sounds like your computer might have a small virus.  Run security software.

Once you have bids on an item it is very limited what you can revise. If it enough of a revision as to be "Not as descibed" you should cancel the bids, end the item and start over. You can do this once a year for free, then you will pay a penalty if you do it again.
