I would like to know how to do a price mark down so that the buyer can see old & new price

Yes, it requires a store to actually add the added print although you can add to the back end of your title any thing that will draw attention to your listing. Keep in mind that if you had watchers for your item, they receive a message that you have relisted. There are various ways that Buyers are able to see the original price no worries. If it makes you feel even ,more comfortable you can mention it in your description.

I believe that function is only available to store owners. Not worth the price and bother of a store in my opinion.
