How do I close an unpaid case?

How do I close an unpaid case?

I clicked where it says resolution center and typed in the item # but I just keep getting a message that says I already opened an unpaid case. I want to CLOSE it tho.

HELP! Thanks.

Open the resolution center, under My Cases click on the case you wish to close.

It can only be closed once 96 hours have passed since it was opened........

Oh, I get it. I had to click where it said Receive Fee Credit. I couldn't figure it out before.

Did you just click receive fee credit? I have an unpaid case also and I assumed there was another option where it would just say "close case." After the four days. Thanks in advance.

Shadow................yes, just click the receive fee credit and if it hasn;t been long enough yet (96 hrs), it will tell you when you can close to receive your credit.
