Anyone else get this email from Ebay's SafeHarbour? It says my account will be suspended if I don't click on the link "confirm your ebay registration here". The email is titled FPA Notice Ebay Registration Suspension Section 9. I've had my Ebay account for over 11 years now, not sure why I'd have to confirm it again.
I did not click on the link yet.

Forward the email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Call eBay on the phone about it.
There's a 50/50 chance they'll tell you it's a legitimate message.

Never, never, NEVER click on a link in an e-mail.
When you forward it to email@example.com, include the headers if possible.
If you enter that email header/thread title into a Google search, you'll see that this exact particular scam has been chugging along for over 7 years.

When I forwarded the email to firstname.lastname@example.org, I saw that "ebay" was misspelled along with some other mispellings. My immediate reaction when I first opened the email was to click on the link right away!! YIKES!! I'm so glad I didn't. Thanks everyone for the head's up on this one.....

I saw that "ebay" was misspelled along with some other mispellings.
That's usually the way you know it IS from them. If the grammar was correct, then it's probably a fake.

Really? Geez I've heard the direct opposite of that - if the grammar was incorrect, it most likely was spam. Hmmmm......
You are correct, it was just a lame attempt at humor.
