Why are Ebay employees so stupid ?

Why is Ebay letting their best sellers break policy rules and the small guy they rake thru the coals. Ebay showing favortism ? Looks like it's okay if they let you do it. We need to sue ebay for breach of contract.

Better question: why is someone with over 3,000 transactions playing the role of the "small guy"?

Care to be a little less vague with your question? Also, I don't know what the exact scale is, but I would not categorize you as a "small guy" either.
