When I give a partial refund how do I get a credit on the amount I refunded. Pay-pal's is automatic and with eBay you have to send an unpaid item/cancel tranasction and the buyers has to agree to get the fees back on a RETURN/FULL refund but what about a PARTIAL refund?. I didn't realize this was the policy for the first couple of years. Can you imagine how much eBay makes off of this policy.

There is no provision for partail FVF credit when a seller gives a partial refund.
EBay charges fees on the final price that is on the listing. Why are you having to give partial refunds? Why aren't you listing accurately? If you listed correctly in the first place, you wouldn't have to be accusing eBay of making money off your poor listing practices.
